Often as we are sitting around the table eating dinner, James will ask me and the kids what we did all day. There are some days, where I honestly don't know what we did all day. We didn't even leave the house. But yet I felt so busy- and now so tired! Ummm, we played, we read, we built, we napped, we cooked, we ate, we tantrummed, we watched, we wiped, we cleaned, we laughed, we cried, we learned, we dressed, we cleaned. Some days really are just a blur.
On days like this that move ever so slowly and simply, my greatest accomplishment is that my children felt loved in their home. And my greatest hope is that they have created simple memories amongst their best of friends.
