This is so fun to see and hear. Yesterday Alice started blowing raspberries for the first time. What an adorable baby sound. Jimmy and Johnny could never make this sound as babies-it was a such a feat in speech therapy to finally be able to do this around age 2 for them. What a wonderful blessing Alice has learned how to do this all on her own!
Another hurdle Alice has accomplished (I think she's going to be a track star!) is rolling over! She did that last week on Wednesday. It's kind of a bummer as now I have to be careful she doesn't roll off the bed!
She also has taken a liking to "blanket monster" and likes to pull the blanket up around her head. Kind of scares me to death when she does that. I think we'll be going blanket-less here for a bit.
I didn't take this picture, just found it online at photoshoppix.com, but it is how I feel at times...
And Alice is still huge. She started wearing size 4 diapers over a month ago. That's the size Johnny grew out of when he potty trained himself last Spring. In fact I did a side by side comparison of their 2 bums and Alice officially has a bigger bum than her big brother (that's a 3 month bum vs. a 3 year old bum)! Right now as we speak, she has on an 18 month onesie, which fits her perfectly.
