Catfish recipes?

James left around 8 am with the boys and was gone until 3:30!  They were doing what they love most- Fishin'!  I love it when James does stuff like this.  I had a quiet easy morning with Alice, got my kitchen floor mopped, did some shopping, and organizing!

 The boys had a blast.  It's probably their most favorite thing in the world- to go fishin' with daddy.  And they caught some HUGE catfish!!!  Anyone know any good catfish recipes?  I have no idea how to cook it...
