Did you know you can get the best tv shows only with Bunny ears? We have only had antennae our entire marriage. And we get all the tv shows we want. We are livin' it up- we get 4 PBS stations!!!
PBS brings back memories of OPB as a kid. I love the fact that the kid's shows are commercial free, and they have good ol' sesame street on there. And they have some great new reporting/documentaries on their evening programs too.
Our family favorite is
NOVA.
It has recently become a Fowler family tradition to watch it on Tuesday night (although I hear it is switching to Wednesdays). Tuesday is the one school night each week that the boys get to stay up late for if they've taken a nap. When I was little my family had a tradition of watching 20/20 together on Friday nights. Even as a teenager, I'd come home from dates/hanging out with friends, and hop into my parent's bed and watch the show with them :) NOVA in my opinion is even cooler (and probably more so now that 20/20 is a bit different than it was 20 years ago). And my boys love it. It's science-y enough for them.
Watching the fascinating "earthquake" episode last night.
